Now after 30 years in Javea, Michael is ready to retire and would like someone able to continue the business.
The establishment is a very well functioning business and is doing well in times of crises and of course, also in good times. The customer base is very large and consists of all nationalities. Had Michael been 30 years younger he would have expanded the business to the neighbouring towns as well, something that is recommended for a new person in charge.
The staff of 6 are all very experienced and are used to be working by themselves and to take their own initiative, and they are all willing to stay on under new management. There are 3 shops, but a new owner could take over 2 shops with the furniture and leave the 3rd shop with new beds, if that is desired.
Michael is very willing to stay on for some period of time to help with his expertise and to make sure that there would be a smooth transition for the new owner.
